The hotel had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful decorations in the common areas. It made me feel right at home. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior individuals, with ramps and handrails available. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have loved to have more assistance from the staff when it came to planning activities suitable for senior individuals. Some of the children of the staff seemed a bit too busy to offer recommendations, but overall it was a great vacation.

Had wonderful 1 night in this hotel that's why I appreciated that. The location was picturesque - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Also, main attraction such as Local Color Art Gallery was 1 mile from this venue...

Stayed at a place with trees that touch the sky! Got to hike and cycle around. Free parking, I mean, that's like finding a unicorn in Big Sur. Enjoyed the garden and terrace, but I missed unicorns there.
No unicorns in the garden.

Stayed at a place with a garden and a terrace. Tried hiking and cycling in Big Sur, felt like an athlete. Free wifi and parking, so I could pretend I'm not addicted to my phone while I was there.
Just loved not being able to book a reservation in advance. So exciting!

Nicole in the office was beyond amazing, giving us her undivided attention and making us feel so welcome. The adorable and pristine cabin was super comfortable, and the nearby bathroom was equally clean. The beautiful grounds exceeded our expectations, and we can only imagine how fantastic it would be in the summer. Having an on-site store was a game-changer, and the staff provided great suggestions for dining and hiking. The cute courtyard of our cabin was jaw-dropping, and being surrounded by giant Redwoods was simply breathtaking. We loved the option of having an outdoor fire in the fire pit and the convenience of purchasing firewood. The location was amazing, and we were thrilled to have free Wi-Fi in public areas. The cookware and kitchen utensils provided made our stay even more enjoyable. our experience was simply superb, and we can't wait to come back with the kids next time! Thank you so much!

The staff treated us like family, giving us all the information we needed and making us feel welcome. Can't wait to come back with the kids next time!
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having a wider variety of breakfast items to choose from.
